Karlee Mila is a goal-oriented individual with an AAS and BA accompanied by over 15 years of experience in customer service. She grew up in the small town of Scottsville, NY, and has been in the field since 2020. Karlee began as a receptionist in Audiology but wanted to take her knowledge further and help people improve their lives through better hearing. She began training in 2023 to obtain her Hearing Aid Dispensing License and better serve our patients. She greatly prides herself on exceeding the patient’s needs. She enjoys spending her free time exploring all things food, snuggling her husky, and hiking in the Adirondacks with her family.
